You give us permission to act on your behalf and we will advise you on what to expect along the way, including how simple or complicated it might be to achieve your proposal. Once agreed upon, you allow us to handle the details, keeping you informed every step of the way.
For example, if your project is a simple refurbishment then in most cases, we will not need a planning permission but will require a building control. As an investor, you are responsible for Health and Safety on your site and we take care of that on site on your behalf.
